Refund policy

Need to return an item? Steady State Fate offers completely FREE returns within 30 days.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned beyond this guarantee time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned. The items must have their original packaging & materials, and items must be in brand new condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Once received, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

Items returned must be ordered directly from steadystatefate.com. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

 

SALE RETURNS

Any items bought on sale CANNOT be returned. This includes all items in the sale category and all items bought during site promotions (e.g. 20% off sitewide). 

No refunds are issued for price promotions e.g. You bought an item at 10% off and then later we offer it for 20% off. We will not issue the difference. All prices at time of purchase are final.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges at the moment. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
